UI/UX Designer

Exevio is an IT company from Rijeka (seaside is a plus you know 😊). We are a team of around 30 people from various backgrounds developing innovative corporate IT solutions. Part of our work is agency work - client projects, and part are our own in-house products. One of our products we are specially proud of is digital signage solution NiMote. Our client work includes working on smart city solutions, hospitality and tourism software, business management solutions and more.

Job Description

We are in search for another UX/UI designer to join our growing product design team!

You will participate in discovery workshops, analyse data of user and market research, create wireframes, prototypes and user flows - you will be involved in the entire design process.

We focus on the user-centered design - all the decisions we make are based on our users, their needs and everyday problems. We believe the way towards creating exceptional digital products is really knowing who you create them for.

You would also be welcome to always suggest ways on how we could improve as a team, improve our processes and therefore the final products. We love to have open and direct communication within our team.

Expectations

• We’d love to find a colleague who can be independent in their work.
• It would be great if you have 2 or more years of experience in the field, but don’t let this discourage you, it is knowledge and skills we are looking for, not the years behind you.
• You are an open minded, ambitious person who’d like to work in a driven and engaged team but also find some time for a good laugh :)
• You have good self organizational skills, time management skills, you’re interested in the new design trends, but also have sense of usability and accessibility concerns in designs. You use Figma or Adobe XD on a daily basis of course :)
